DETAILSThe restaurant building was designed to create a relaxed atmosphere and bring inside the beautiful mountains, natural greenery and the vineyard through expansive windows. The log construction bears Tuscan design influences with views to the nearby rolling hills, terracotta earth floors and walls and exposed timber beams. The dining space has a touch of vintage elegance with chandeliers that adorn the ceiling, which can accommodate up to 70 people. The balmy outdoor terrace, shaded by a canopy of gum trees, can host up to 30 guests during warmer months.
FOOD & BEVERAGEThe Birti’s Italian heritage has provided the inspiration for authentic menus from their homeland. Lena, a qualified chef, heads up the kitchen dishing out the same recipes taught to her by her mother using traditional methods of cooking, presentation and preparation. Menus also offer coeliac and vegetarian-friendly options.
