The Italian Corner

In three years that I've lived in Australia I had never found a place with an ambience, staff and food that reminds me of home so much. Me from the north and my patner from southern Italy. Since we discovering the Italian corner we can finally satisfy our palates thanks to the Italian regional varieties I can finally drink my spritz and my partner eat his beloved Friselle. Here you can have real Italian pizzas! Enough with half-baked and beyond measure seasoned pizzas. My favorite is Lombardia! Provate per credere!  18/02/2012

The Italian Corner was a recommendation of an Italian friend who knows what genuine Italian food tastes like. My friends and I decided to try about a month ago and from that day on we’ve been going there every Friday in particular, after work. We regularly try some of the best dishes we ever tried. If you are not after ordinary Italian dishes (like lasagne, carbonara or spaghetti Bolognese) try their regional speciality foods such as Friselle and other dishes, from their a la carte menu. The tiramisus are very tasty too. I must say the filled pasta (like cannelloni or ravioli) are are quiet special and unique as much as the rest is: really, really good. We love it!  08/12/2011
