The Boulevard may only be minutes from the CBD, but with its tranquil, native bush surroundings and country feel, you might as well be miles away. Open for breakfast and lunch seven days a week and dinner, Wednesday – Saturday. The Boulevard is available for exclusive use every evening. A retractable wall of windows overlooking the golf course opens onto a large decking area which is complemented by the simple yet stylish decor of the dining room within. Also on offer are fabulous views of the city skyline and, if you’re fortunate enough, a magnificent sunset on a cold winters eve over the lush green of the golf course.

Start with an entrée of Potted duck and pork rillettes with toasted herb brioche, cherries, red wine jelly and baby cress or Pan-fried haloumi with a lemon, parsley, cucumber and red onion salad and a tahini sauce for main sample Braised Gippsland beef cheek on a potato and lemon mash with olive oil greens, garlic tossed zucchini and a toasted walnut and raisin dressing or Parmesan crumbed veal cutlet stuffed with aged cheddar and prosciutto on a roasted garlic puree with sauteed spinach, pinenuts, caramelised onions and balsamic finish with the Lemon vacherin with mandarin jelly, orange sherbet, orange blossom and dark chocolate mousse and lemon sable crumble or Warm vanilla bean rice pudding with ginger braised rhubarb and pistachio icecream.
