Located on St Kilda foreshore, the Stokehouse is an iconic Melbourne restaurant that combines relaxed beach shack glamour with exceptional hospitality.

DETAILS
Stokehouse’s recent renovation, headed up by hospitality design guru Pascale Gomes-McNabb, sees the iconic restaurant celebrate its beachside locale with white timber-clad walls, earthy floorboards and accents of cool blue tones that echo the nearby water. Located on the first floor of the Stokehouse, the Restaurant offers an exquisite fine dining experience while the ground floor Beach Bar & Grill is the perfect place for a casual catch up with friends all year round.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Stokehouse menus centre on honest yet progressive dishes crafted by executive chef Anthony Musara and head chef Oliver Gould, including the entrée of blue swimmer crab lasagne with flaked almonds, pear, whitebait and chervil and crab veloute, as well as the main course of seared Magret duck breast and leg pastillas with poached rhubarb and fennel salad, garlic puree and crisp pancetta. The renowned international wine list tended by sommelier Lincoln Wiley complements this dining experience.

FUNCTIONS
The food, wine, service and ambience at Stokehouse combine to create a superb venue for private events. The restaurant upstairs can acommodate up to 135 guests seated for an a la carte meal or up to 300 standing for cocktails. Exclusive use of the restaurant space is suitable for wedding ceremonies and many other special elements to your events.

Meanwhile, the private dining space offers an intimate environment for parties of close friends or colleagues, secluded by breezy curtains with exclusive access to a deck overlooking St Kilda marina. The area can accommodate up to 30 guests seated for a reduced choice menu or 50 guests standing cocktail-style.
