Stokehouse menus centre on honest yet progressive dishes crafted by executive chef Anthony Musara and head chef Oliver Gould, including the entrée of blue swimmer crab lasagne with flaked almonds, pear, whitebait and chervil and crab veloute, as well as the main course of seared Magret duck breast and leg pastillas with poached rhubarb and fennel salad, garlic puree and crisp pancetta.
