Melbourne's best kept secret. Hidden amongst Melbourne's lane ways and fashion boutiques, you will stumble across Sotto e Sopra (Italian for above and below) – as this neat restaurant has a gorgeous little cafe upstairs too, as well as a function centre and a bar downstairs. The service is always fantastic, the food always a delight. This is a venue for special occasions, being an intimate space, definitely worth a visit. review 06/06/2011
