He maintains a high profile in the dining scene and this is evident in his magnificent dishes which blend European and modern Australian flavours with supreme skill.

FUNCTIONS
Quaff’s stylish Crystal and White rooms are an ideal space for an array of events from corporate dinners through to elegant wedding receptions. A tasteful courtyard and bar area provides the perfect setting for cocktails and canapes while the quality cuisine and warm professional service will ensure a delectable sit-down event. The staff are dedicated in creating a package that suits any requirements. The Crystal room can host 60 guests for dinner and 150 for a cocktail function.The White room can cater for 40 guests.
