Poppy’s Thai is the mastermind of two internationally experienced chefs, Poppy and Srisuda, whose sole aim is to tantalise your taste buds with their culinary delights. In previous years this dynamic duo have been awarded the esteemed Best Thai Cuisine title in the Asian Food Festival awards. Now it’s your turn to come along and be the judge of their authentic, quality Thai fare.

Start with Poppy’s mixed entree, a tempting platter of chicken satay, spring rolls, Thai fish cakes, vegetable samosa and prawn rolls. From the wok try the sweet and sour Thai-style chicken or pork fillet stir-fried with spring onions, vegetables and pineapple cooked in a home made sweet and sour sauce, or from the deep try the choo chee schnapper (deep-fried snapper with a delicious reduced red curry and kaffir lime sauce). Alternatively, if rice and noodles are more your thing, you can’t go past the Pad Thai (stir-fried rice noodles with egg, vegetables, peanuts and your choice of chicken or prawns). Poppy’s is fully licensed offering affordable, appropriate wines.
