My daughter and I ate at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant at the Hilton Dubai. It was the most amazing experience with food that I have ever had. Food was to die for. Manager of restaurant was the nicest man, and the waiters were the best ever. I would eat there any time I could. Oh, if I could afford it, my daughter paid and said she would pay anything to eat at a Gordon Ramsay's restaurant. We said eating there finished off our holiday on a high, we had been holidaying away for two months and just needed a nice meal, and we definitely weren't disappointed. 21/08/2011

Maze is by far my most favourite restaurant in Melbourne! We dined here as a family and both the service and food was amazing. My husband and I ordered from the truffle menu and the kids ordered their own meals. Everything tasted great and the service was attentive but not intrusive. To keep the kids entertained the waiter even bought out some paper and pencils which the kids loved. The bread and seaweed butter just melts in your mouth and by far the highlight was the vaccharin dessert. Fantastic value at good prices. We will certainly be coming back! 10/08/2011

Service was great but food was a let down. We sent the salmon back as it was inedible and could not eat the after-dinner chocolates (that's a first). The bread (not nice) came with seaweed butter and sea salt and the flavours did not blend well in my opinion. I would not recommend this restaurant and it was our worst dining experience in the last five years. 27/06/2011
