From 7.30am choose one of the tempting breakfast options designed to charge you with energy for the whole day. Choose the Macro bircher muesli with soaked oats in soy milk, apple juice, fresh pear and almonds, or the buckwheat pancakes with mixed berries, banana and maple syrup. For lunch choose from the a la carte menu with options like organic Macro style nachos: lightly spiced smoky beans with corn chips, avocado and cultured sour cream. Alternatively choose from the tempting array in the full counter display including sandwiches, wraps, salads, cakes and cookies. The daily specials board boasts options like Moroccan chickpea soup served with toast or rice and topped with sweet chilli yoghurt, or the casserole of tomato, fennel sauce, vegetables, pumpkin and fresh tofu served with brown rice and topped with tomato-tamarind salsa. Macro cafe is unlicensed but offers organic fair trade coffee from All Press, fresh juices and smoothies.
