Restaurant
Lotus Restaurant is open 6 days week for dinner from 6pm-10pm and features a creative and extensive Modern Australian menu that draws on influences from around the world.The atmosphere is upbeat, with the open plan design providing views across the large central bar to the lounge. This a place for celebrations, parties and special occasions.
The menu is designed to suit a wide range of tastes with the emphasis on flexibility. There are dishes designed to be shared, old favourites and modern tastes. Try the middle eastern meat balls with mixed leaves, yoghurt and garlic sauce or perhaps the Lotus Sampler featuring a selection of the chef's daily specials. SEATING: 100

Lounge Bar
The ultra modern lounge bar provides a comfortable and stylish environment for commencing or continuing your evening. The adjacent bar runs the full length of the lounge and can accomodate up to 120 guests in addition to seating capacity.

Functions
Lotus features two dramatic rooms for private functions. Both rooms accomodate a minimum of 20 guests. Already Lotus has attracted a lot of interest from the corporate sector as the venue to hold FUNCTIONS, EVENTS and PRODUCT LAUNCHES.

The downstairs layout is open plan, with high ceilings giving it a spacious feel, which lends itself to catering for groups of up to 300.

Private Dining Room
Located on the mezzanine level and suspended out over the main downstairs section, with full length glass walls, the Private Dining Room features spectacular views across the entire lower level and provide the ideal location for CORPORATE FUNCTIONS and SPECIAL OCCASIONS.

Private Cocktail Room
Situated opposite the Private Dining Room, the Cocktail Room can accomodate 20-40 guests and provides the ultimate space for entertaining in style.
