The Linden Tree Restaurant is open daily, to guests and the general public. Seasonal menus may showcase local lamb, bay scallops and avocados in spring and, in summer, one could find garfish, sweet cherries as well as wonderful blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, sweet corn and asparagus.
Autumn highlights include Verju (crushed pinot grape juice), quinces, apples, pheasant and hare and in winter, enjoy succulent venison with organic vegetables such as turnip and swede.
All year favourites include free range eggs, tomatoes and herbs that feature in Lindenderry's renowned breakfast menu.
Meals can be enjoyed in the restaurant overlooking Lindenderry's own ten acre vineyard of chardonnay and pinot noir grapes or in the flower filled courtyard.
The award winning wine list offers a selection of Australian and Mornington Peninsula wines, many by the glass, plus an interesting selection of vintage wines.
