DETAILS The winding central staircase that leads to The Restaurant’s opulent dining room has become as iconic as the building itself. The expansive premise houses not only the fine dining restaurant, but also a grill, cellar bar and a plush function area. FOOD AND BEVERAGE The Restaurant at Grossi Florentino offers a lunch menu from midday, during the week, and a dinner menu from 6pm, Monday-Saturday. Only the freshest seafood, meat and produce is used in appetisers. Dishes such as Moonlight flat oysters from Batemans Bay are served fresh with lime dressing, while indulgent desserts include three varieties of rich plantation chocolate. For larger functions more akin to a royal banquet, Grossi Florentino’s historic rotisserie will satisfy, impress and inspire.

With a choice of two rooms; The Wynn Room boasts traditional Roman opulence. Think deep ceiling domes illuminated by original wrought-iron chandeliers and Derek Marvelli quill restored leadlight windows to celebrate an intimate occasion with 40 of your closet friends.
For a larger celebration of up to 90 seated guests, The Mural Room is an inspiring artistic epicentre, lined with Napier-Waller-inspired murals and an expansive grand central table surrounded by original European artefacts, art and flora.
