Awarded One Chef’s Hat - The Age Good Food Guide 2012

Geoff Lindsay’s elegant and healthy menu at Dandelion is like nothing else found in Melbourne. He has created a contemporary Vietnamese menu dominated by flavoursome phở (Vietnamese noodle soup) and rice paper rolls. A myriad of rice papers wrap soft shell crab with avocado; Peking duck; and raw tuna for beautifully light and harmonious flavours. Modern interpretations of phở feature wagyu beef and Barossa chook; aromatic curries can be soaked up by crispy Vietnamese baguettes; while meats and fish are cooked over a coconut grill. It’s time to wrap and roll in a whole new fashion.
