Follow with a selection of Australian beef steaks, such as the 100% Angus porterhouse or Victorian pasture-fed eye fillet, served with seasonal vegetables and a choice of sauces including pink peppercorn. The baked lean kangaroo loin fillet rolled in cumin and fennel seeds, served with wilted greens and lemon myrtle sauce is another nice choice.
