Beef and Lamb is sourced from the rich pastures of the North and Northwest; oysters and fresh seafood from the East Coast, and free range chicken and local fresh produce from a variety of local farm gates. Enjoy crumbed scallops with fresh vegetables and garlic mash, followed by succulent, soft eye fillet with Watermill Tavern red wine jus. The Owls Nest private dining room comfortably seats 40 guests, and caters for over 60 guests cocktail-style. The Mill Deck is a private deck overlooking the Tamar River, and is a popular summer venue for cocktail parties. The Tavern itself is ideal for groups of 70 for a canapé function, and offers private use of the bar.
