DETAILSThe venue offers ten luxurious private suites, many with private balconies and panoramic views across the North West Bay and the picturesque grounds of Villa Howden. The conference centre boasts a private bar and open deck which overlooks the bay and is ideal for cocktail parties, board meetings, product launches and seminars. A large indoor heated pool offers floor-to-ceiling windows which overlook the surrounding courtyards. The expansive outdoor terrace, which can also be enclosed and heated, provides an alternative outdoor dining facility with superb views across the private gardens. Villa Howden caters for weddings of up to 80 people sit-down and 100 people cocktail-style. Weddings can only be booked when hiring the property exclusively, including all accommodation.
FOOD & BEVERAGESourcing produce on a daily basis from local farms and fishermen, Head Chef Terry Clark creates seasonal menus of Modern Australian fare. Tall arched windows surround the dining conservatory flooding the room with natural light and a luminous earthy colour palette keeps things fresh. The piano bar adjoining the dining room offers a selection of classic cocktails and local and imported wines, or the sun room provides the opportunity for a more intimate dining experience. Villa Howden restaurant seats 48 people, and is open for breakfast daily from 7.30am, public are welcome, bookings essential. It is also open for High Teas each Saturday and Sunday from 2pm to 4pm. Dinner is served for in house guests as required and is open to the public each Thursday, Friday and Saturday night from 6pm, bookings essential.
