DETAILS
The Louise is a luxury vineyard retreat on a gentle hill surrounded by hundreds of acres of vines overlooking the world renowned Barossa Valley.

Acclaimed onsite restaurant Appellation offers seasonal cuisine nightly for casually elegant dining under the guidance of Executive Chef Mark McNamara. Appellation's extensive wine list presents the best of the Barossa, the rest of Australia and iconic wines of the world. One hour from Adelaide, The Louise is one of Australia's premier vineyard retreats.

ACCOMMODATION
With just 15 suites each with private terraces, soft contemporary furnishings and spacious ensuites, the romance of an idyllic vineyard hideaway is complete. All guest suites feature large ensuite bathrooms with luxurious oversize spa tubs, rain showers for two, heated towel rails, dual vanity basins and a separate toilet area. The sleeping area includes a king size bed fitted with luxury linens and precise lighting control. Lounge areas include comfortable seating and wide screens for digital television DVD movies while enjoying refreshments from the fully stocked mini bar.

Peerless in the area. Full marks for most aspects of restaurant dining. Excellent produce well cooked. Beautifully crafted wine list. Well versed staff. Highly professional attitude.
