The Store Bistro

The Store is that extraordinary restaurant that awakens me out of hibernation in this awful weather and work where I can no longer detain the bellow from my deep-seated belly. First of all, I have to attest the service is excellent and the intimate environment, in which you can interact with the Owners and the Chef, adds a completely new element. Flavours are soft, delicate, fresh and I love the idea that all the food served is seasonal, so I get the best Adelaide has to offer, and is sourced from within 100km’s of the CBD. The very thought of the sweet-corn pikelet and Tasmanian smoked salmon with horseradish elicits mixed emotions of serenity and excitement from the corners of my mouth. And yes, that is a smile you just saw, just happy to share this beautiful experience with you. 18/05/2012
