DETAILSThe Brasserie is located next to the Adelaide Central Market, and has partnered with a number of growers and providores in the region to create a concept called 'Seriously South Australian', which aims to promote regional producers. The restaurant provides a simple, modern, airy atmosphere where guests can experience some of the finest produce and wines in the state. Guests can even take the ingredients of their meal home, by purchasing a range of products from the Brasserie Shop.
FUNCTIONSThe Hilton offers catering and patisserie services, including cakes, tortes and gateaux for special occasions. All items can be personalised to suit individual tastes. The Brasserie also has a semi-private dining area available, please call for details.
