The award-winning Riverside Restaurant is perfect for a casual yet elegant dining experience. Executive Sous Chef Frederic Boussard focuses on using fresh, seasonal produce, sourced from local suppliers and showcased in dishes inspired by regions around the world. The restaurant hosts weekend seafood buffets, as well as an à la carte lunch service throughout the week.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Diners can start the day with a full breakfast buffet that boasts a selection of hot and cold dishes, cereals, fruits and yoghurts plus home-made pastries from the kitchen’s dedicated pastry chefs. At lunch, diners can choose from the seasonal à la carte menu or express business lunch menu - perfect for guests short of time. In the evenings, patrons delight in the indulgent seafood buffet showcasing the freshest local South Australian seafood, while the decadent dessert buffet is the perfect way to finish your meal. Guests can also peruse the boutique wine room, where rustic wine racks offer a range of perfect bottles to accompany meals. The wine room features varieties from all over South Australia, interstate and overseas and also showcases winning wines from the South Australian Wine of the Year Awards.
