Start with the anatra (arancini of roasted duck with a tomato salsa) or the carpaccio (thinly sliced fillet of kingfish with capers, lemon and extra virgin olive oil). Follow with the linguini (linguini with calamari, wild rocket, garlic and extra virgin olive oil) or the bistecca (beef medallions with Swiss brown mushrooms, sauteed spinach and a porcini glaze).
