Floor-to-ceiling polished steel “birdcage” lights and marble topped bar benches are all part of the lavish fit-out of From Orient. With more than 100 seats over two levels, the restaurant serves authentic Chinese cuisine in a fine-dining atmosphere.

Forget your fast food takeaways and food halls, From Orient offers a memorable dining experience. The food is crafted and carefully matched to an extensive wine list. Like me, you will be delighted by mouth-filling flavours that entice your taste buds. The venue is quite large and flexible. Clever decor & lighting creates an intimate table environment to enjoy with your fellow diners. Table service was a work in progress, with the well presented staff still a bit raw but suitably attentive to your needs.review 28/11/2011
