If you're lucky enough to be on the Sunshine Coast, a visit to The Spirit House is an absolute must. From the moment you walk through the carved wooden gates you will know you're in for a magical experience. This multi award-winning restaurant has recently been voted one of the four best restaurants in Queensland and will have you raving about it to your friends for months.

The sounds of Cicadas and the beating of bird’s wings are intermingled with the clinking of cutlery and the dull buzz of chatter. You can dine on the veranda overlooking the tranquil water or in your own private courtyard as you watch Blue Tongues and Geckos laze sleepily on the banks of the pond.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
The menu fuses traditional Thai ingredients with European cooking styles. The menu's star feature is the freshest produce imaginable, boasting herbs from the garden and fish with a pulse.

COOKING SCHOOL
The Spirit House cooking classes are a fun way to learn new cooking skills and make new friends. A maximum of 16 people per class means that you get a real "hands On" experience, creating restaurant quality food. Classes are $95, which includes lunch and wine. A Spirit House cooking class makes an ideal gift and gift certificates can be purchased through the school.
