camping does it? Spicers Canopy is a luxury eco retreat which doesn’t negligent the important things in life with a beautiful restaurant– call it glamping. Chef Daniel Mosedale’s brings his experience from Michelin-star restaurants from across the world to Spicers Canopy’s Native Australian menu. In the warmer months, guests can dine on the outdoor deck or even under the stars with mountains and the sounds of nature as a backdrop. While in winter, the fireplace is stoked to burn all night and hearty evening meals are served inside the warmth of the communal lodge building.
