An unplanned visit to this restaurant, due to the others in the Royal Pines being booked out, ended up as being one of the most incredible dining experiences of my life. We chose the 5 course "autumn menu" degustation with accompanying wines and were completely blown away from the first course through to the flambeed dessert. Each course was exquisitely presented and the host educated us enthusiastically and passionately about the ideas, ingredients, regions, wines and intentions of each plate. Each course was not only generous but the flavours and combinations were absolutely stunning and we both agreed that the chef had achieved the highest level of food preparation that we titled "magic". This is the most impressive degustation experience we've had the privilege to enjoy and we will definitely be returning for another "season". This whole experience was perfect and I can't recommend this restaurant enough. review 16/05/2012
