Head Chef Frank Ganora brings over 35 years of experience and has been at Fresh for over 6 years. Two restaurants in one, cafe and Japanese Sushi the options the ambience is pretty cool with red walls, blue mosaic tiles and a raised lounge area.

Great food, fantastic service and all looking out over the ocean. With two restaurants in one they have the meals timed well and we eat there for breakfast, lunch and dinner as the menu is extensive. We have tried elsewhere locally but always wished we'd gone straight to Fresh and Shinzen, so now when we are in Kirra Beach I don't waste my time anywhere else. I wish this restaurant was in Victoria near us. We love great food and fine dining and Fresh and Shinzen ticks all the boxes. Enjoy!review  04/09/2012
