DETAILSA recent refurbishment has breathed new life into this much-loved establishment, where harbour views of gently bobbing yachts and lapping water act as a living backdrop to fine Italian cuisine. Sophisticated interiors are accented with ocean-like blue lighting, and crisp white tablecloths echo the nautical vibe of the nearby marina.
FUNCTIONSThe restaurant can be exclusively booked for up to 120 guests, but smaller parties of a minimum of 12 guests can also take advantage of set menus.
FOOD & BEVERAGEFellini’s menu is clean and fresh, built on seasoned Percuoco family experience. Drawing upon influences from multiple Italian regions, with a particular focus on Neapolitan cuisine, diners discover a variety of carefully crafted dishes. Head chef duo Anna Cacace and Richard Burt source the best of local ingredients from specialist suppliers, transformed daily into the likes of light-as-air fried baby zucchini flowers filled with spanner crab served with tomato and balsamic salad. Various degustation options are also available, starting from $70 per person, finished off with classic Italian desserts such as rich vanilla panna cotta with balsamic macerated strawberries.
