Opening the doors in June 2005, Moo Moo has won a myriad of awards including Queensland's Best Steak Restaurant 2008, Queensland Best Informal Dining Restaurant 2007, Gold Coast Restaurant of the Year 2007 and Gold Coast's Best Steak Restaurant 2006 to 2009 incl. Moo Moo serves Modern Australian Cuisine specialising in premium export quality beef. Moo Moo breaks down the barriers of a normal steakhouse by losing the overtly masculine vibe that has long been a trademark of its genre. With
its stunning interior decor of natural stone finishes, sleek organic curves + state of the art lighting system. Moo Moo puts the sexy back into steak. With a chic and popular bar to complement the restaurant; an award winning wine list of approx 350 wines; the finest beef available in the country and first class service .....Moo Moo is "A rare steak restaurant, well done".

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Owner Steven Adams and Executive Chef Philip Edwards elevate the concept of a steakhouse by delivering a menu celebrating fresh seasonal flavours from family farms and artisanal producers. The highlight of the menu includes a specialty beef menu which has been handpicked by Steven using produce from the best breeders in the country. The selection includes grass fed beef, grain fed beef and organic beef including F1 Wagyu Sirloin, Rump + Rib Fillet; Cape Grim Tenderloin + Scotch Fillet; Rangers Valley Scotch Fillet and Dry Aged Rib Eye on the Bone, Sirloin on the Bone and T-Bone.

A favourite is The Moo Moo Signature Dish - The Spice Rubbed 1KQ Wagyu Rump Roast which is rubbed w. chef’s secret spice rub, sealed until smokey on the char-grill and oven roasted to your liking. The 1KQ Wagyu beef is served with wild rocket, parmesan + fig salad, chunky roasted kipfler potatoes w. rosemary + garlic + a trio of chef’s sauce selections. Moo Moo is also one of a select number of licensed restaurants in the country serving Master Kobe Beef.
