Influenced by summers spent in the Greek Islands, award-winning executive chef and owner of Kouzina, Theo Kostoglou, shares his passion for Greek flavours with a modern take on Hellenic food. Shaped by his deft touch, the menu could be described as ‘modern Greek’ but is ultimately a creative fusion of Mediterranean cuisines which results in a contemporary and unique selection.

Mezedes, or ‘the little dishes of Greece’, star on the menu with the sharing of small plates around the table encouraging a social dining experience. Seafood is used creatively, with no better example than Theo’s signature dish scallops karpouzofeta - pan seared scallops, feta, watermelon and mint vinaigrette.
Healthy, hearty mains and delicate, inspired desserts feature on the menu, with gluten-free options available. If dining with a friend, our mixed grill platter or seafood platter are an indulgent option for two.

This place is awesome,I have been to the Greek isles on holiday and the food here is the BEST I have ever tasted, as far as Greek Cuisine goes. My only let down was the guy severing us was not friendly at all and it seemed an effort for him to do anything for us, he might have been having a bad day but as a customer without people like me he wouldn't have a job... been there several times though and my last time was the only time i experienced this all other staff have been great. LOVE IT...And I drive from Brisbane just to go for lunch. review 02/02/2013
