The interior is somewhat futuristic with crisp white surrounds with splashes of glossy colour. Spanning four interactive dining zones, Citrique is a contemporary restaurant boasting a range of international cuisine with a focus on simple meals using fresh produce. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the a la carte dinner menu is varied, with a range of fresh seafood dishes for entrée, meat and vegetable dishes as well as pasta and pizza alternatives for main and succulent rich puddings, tarts and ice cream for dessert. The interactive cooking zones break the fourth wall between diners and chefs and create a unique dining experience. The cold zone of the restaurant offers fresh seafood, sushi, salads, deli-style cured meats, antipasto and cheeses. The hot zone offers a unique selection of European dishes, exotic curries and an exclusive Yum Cha station with an array of Asian dishes, whilst the grill zone cooks up a selection of Indonesian style satays and roast meats. The final decadence zone is indeed decadent, featuring an ice-cream station complete with condiments bar and hand crafted desserts prepared by the specialty pastry team.
