Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the a la carte dinner menu is varied, with a range of fresh seafood dishes for entrée, meat and vegetable dishes as well as pasta and pizza alternatives for main and succulent rich puddings, tarts and ice cream for desert. The interactive cooking zones break the fourth wall between diners and chefs and create a unique dining experience. The cold zone of the restaurant offers fresh seafood, sushi, salads, deli-style cured meats, antipasto and cheeses. The hot zone offers a unique selection of European dishes, exotic curries and an exclusive Yum Cha station with an array of Asian dishes. The grill zone cooks up a selection of Indonesian style satays and roast meats for those who want something to satisfy their hunger. The final decadence zone is exactly as it sounds- decadent. Featuring an ice-cream station complete with condiments bar and hand crafted desserts prepared by the specialty pastry team.
