Located on Level 4, the casually elegant surrounds of Charters Towers overlooks the garden-filled Atrium and non-stop action of Jupiters Casino. Charters Towers is open for dinner Tuesday-Saturday 6pm-11pm. Bookings are highly recommended.

Charters Towers is an elegant establishment on the mezzanine level which overlooks all the action of Conrad Jupiters Casino. The multi-award winning restaurant is famed for quality its Queensland cuisine and its extensive wine list. The traditional decor features soft golden leather, classic mahogany wall frames and abstract art. You can’t help but feel you are part of old Hollywood on the Gold Coast, where guests can dress up and enjoy an evening of indulgence. Named for a famous outback town, Charters Towers serves a contemporary menu of dishes made from the best regional produce. Choose steak, seafood, or anything else on this menu and be prepared to be impressed.

Start with a true taste of Queensland – the seafood cocktail ocean taster is a sizable serve of oysters, prawns, smoked salmon and tangy cocktail sauce for $26. The grilled skirt beef salad with rocket greens, roasted pumpkin, figs and blue cheese is another taste tempting entree. Seafood lovers will find the main course selection irresistible. Tuck into a Moreton Bay bug with baked oysters, salmon, scallops and prawns or really push the boat out by ordering a live lobster straight from the tank. Hearty meat based dishes includes the two-style lamb, which features slow braised and grilled lamb with parmesan potato porture and crisp puff pastry. The grilled beef tenderloin with fresh asparagus, chat potatoes and wild mushroom ragout is delicious but the most popular main course is the big Black Angus sirloin steak with horseradish, wilted greens and cognac green peppercorn sauce. Charters Towers serves dinner every evening from 6pm to 11pm. Enjoy the individual dining experience or book the dinner and show package.

Conrad Jupiters' signature restaurant, Charters Towers has established a reputation as one of the Gold Coast's premier restaurants.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
With an outstanding Modern Australian menu, extensive winelist and exceptional service, Charters Towers has been the deserving recipient of many awards, including Gold Coast Restaurant of the Year.
The focus of Charters Towers is local Queensland produce, with bush food and spices the star of many of the dishes. Seafood is a highlight here, with fresh mudcrab and lobster on offer. The Queensland king prawns are fat and flavoursome, while a seafood symphony of lemon peppered prawns, grilled yabbies, baked oysters, seared scallops, smoked salmon and caesar salad is as deliciously indulgent as entrees come. The high-rollers are only to happy to dip into their pockets for the truffle oil-spiked black angus beef fillet, but slightly more modestly-priced dishes like the lamb rump with white polenta, mustard onions, garlic green beans and cocoa bean jus are equally worthy additions to the five-star establishment. Service is everything you would expect from a casino's flagship restaurant. Manager Socky Soares and his team know their food well, offer expert wine advice and will happily accommodate special requests. Situated on the open mezzanine floor, the dining area overlooks the flurry of activity on the gaming floor, and after a fine meal and a bottle of wine, it's hard to resist a big night out at Jupiters. Dinner and show packages are available and are good value for a night's entertainment.

Charter's Towers is open nightly from 6pm and reservations are essential.
