Dine on the likes of steak tartare with cornichons, capers, quail egg and crostini for a decedent entrée or egg fried calamari with chilli, lime and coriander syrup, which as a reputation as the best in town. For main course the signature caramelised pork belly on roasted sweet potato with butter tossed in brussel sprouts, water chestnuts and ruby quince jus is a delight, or a perennial favourite of succulent beef eye fillet on porcini mushroom and bone marrow risotto with confit garlic and pea parfait. The afternoon menu also packs a punch with mezze plates, seafood antipasto and the famous coconut chicken salad, perfectly suited to a glass of crisp sauvignon blanc. Make sure to hang around for dessert as the after dinner cocktails are a real treat.
FUNCTIONS Bistro C is an open-plan venue with a chic, relaxed, beachside atmosphere. The venue is suitable for private functions, weddings and cocktail parties whether it be a beachside canapé affair or an informal breakfast event. Bistro C can comfortably accommodate 125 guests for a sit down occasion or up to 175 guests for a cocktail style function. Bistro C requires that the entire restaurant be booked exclusively if there are 60 or more guests.
