The restaurant's menu has been designed to suit its natural surrounds with a focus on fresh local ingredients.

Seafood is the specialty with The Cape Restaurant and Bar offering a Seafood Buffet (seasonal) featuring reef fish, prawns, lobsters, octopus and much more. The a la care menu features the likes of Seared North Queensland scallops on a bed of rocket, and Pan Fried Marinated Octopus with wok tossed Vegetables and a Wasabi Lime Dressing. Not to be outdone the desert menu takes advantage of the tropical fruits of the region. The menu has been designed to cater for all diets with a selection of delicious vegetarian meals also served at the restaurant. The restaurant also features a Bar where you can relax with the beverage of your choice. The bar is open virtually all day, addressing the needs of guests relaxing around the pool.
