Separated into the dining room, the live grill and the Wine Room, all areas are brought together by sleek and minimal interior design mirroring the rest of the iconic Harry Seidler designed Hilton. With this in mind, don’t be swayed by the name; Vintaged refers to the specially aged meat on the grill, not the interior. Despite the dishes being of the highest quality, Vintaged is not intended to be a quiet dining experience, the communal leather couch and open grill is sure to encourage ‘impressed’ conversation throughout the restaurant.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE Vintaged menu has an emphasis on the highest cuts of meat- Angus, dry-aged or wagyu all masterfully cooked in an expansive open kitchen where chefs are highlighted by down lights like actors on a stage. Diners can choose their perfect cut of meat from the dry age case and watch it being cooked before their eyes in a fresh interactive restaurant experience. The remainder of the menu is equally as carnivorous with calf's liver, venison and veal all feature - as well as seafood. The Wine Room is a beautiful intimate space with an extensive wine list of local and imported drops, unique international beers and exciting cocktails.
