The Point’s Executive Board Room and the Panorama Room which, as the name suggests, boasts a fantastic panoramic vista of Brisbane city and the Story Bridge, are popular for conferences and functions.

Head chef, Josh Munro, has designed a menu that puts a creative and contemporary spin on seasonal produce. One of the signature dishes is the twice-cooked duck breast served on a bed of assorted wild mushroom and spinach risotto, which is as pleasing to the eye as it is gastronomically. Another dish worthy of a mention is the pan-seared Atlantic salmon served with green beans, asparagus and wilted bok choy dressed in a Chinese olive paste carefully selected from local suppliers specialising in oriental ingredients. If you are staying overnight and are contemplating a fresh, hearty and satisfying breakfast, you won’t be disappointed. Kick start your day with fluffy scrambled eggs, sizzling bacon, Danish pastries, fresh fruit, juice, tea and coffee. For those who would prefer something a little different, however, there is a full a la carte breakfast menu available too.
