The Ambassador

The Ambassador Hotel is perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the foreshores of Moreton Bay on the Scarborough Peninsular. Redcliffe Parade boasts a number of pubs and restaurants that are spread across the foreshore which can be found a half hour’s drive north of Brisbane. The Ambassador is one of the more established hotels in the area and attracts large crowds, especially during the start of the Brisbane to Gladstone yacht race, where it affords a perfect view of the action. Choose a table or booth inside the restaurant, or perhaps one spilling out onto the footpath for a spot of sun.
