So it is easy to sail from entrees and into main selections like tamarind-grilled duck breast smothered in a zesty tamarind sauce and sprinkled with crispy fried shallots. That Thai also artlessly masters authentic Thai curries. All of the standards all there in addition to a few fresh dishes. For something special choose the lamb curry which materialises as tender lamb fillets basted in a spicy sweet curry, cooked with bamboo shoots and coconut milk. A lab gai dishes up a reviving combination of tender minced chicken, freshly-squeezed lemon, chilli, coriander, spring onions and is served with roasted ground rice.
