Terraces award-winning buffet is famous for serving a sensational selection of fresh seafood, gourmet dishes and decadent desserts from breakfast through to dinner every day. The elegant but casual restaurant is the centrepiece of the Gold Coast’s Sheraton Mirage Resort, where guests frolic in the tropical gardens and sparkling lagoons while listening to the gentle sounds of the waterfalls. Drop in for breakfast and indulge in a range of culinary delights. The breakfast buffet features all the traditional favourites including bacon, sausages, hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes and eggs alongside pastries fresh from the in-house bakery. Gourmet options include eggs benedict and there are plenty of healthy options for those who can resist temptation.

Dine at lunch or dinner and be prepared to indulge the tastebuds – this buffet is extraordinary. The set price buffets allow diners to return to fill their plates as often as they wish but there is so much to choose from it’s hard to know where to begin. Browse the options and try prawns, Morton Bay bugs, oysters and salmon teamed with one of the fresh salads. There are cold and hot sections, both with an array of dishes for your palate’s pleasure, as well as a very impressive carvery. The dessert section is positively sinful so be sure to pace yourself so you can savour a little wickedness after your meal.
