The sSs experience might be inspired by Texas but this is still an Aussie steakhouse and wherever there is an Aussie there is bound to be beer. sSs is no exception where they even brew their own boutique blend which comes on tap up at the bar. Order your schooner to go with the popular 200 gram rump and rib that promises the best of both worlds and cooked to melt in your mouth. If your beer gives you some Dutch courage and you’re feeling like a challenge then you ought to try the monster beef shank, which weighs in at a whopping 2.5 kilograms. If you can work your way through this beast with an entree and dessert on either side, the team at sSs will throw in your dessert for free and admit you to the Big Shank Hall of Fame.
