FOOD & BEVERAGE
Simpatico is a favourite local haunt with dishes emphasising light, fresh and seasonal ingredients. The team, led by Philip Dudley, are passionate about good food and believe that the best way to enjoy a meal is shared with friends. Think honey dutch carrots and beets with witlof and mandarin dressing, followed by grilled duck breast with green lentils, sour cherries and duck glaze. Desserts are varied and impressive with a fine apple tart accompanied by double cream hitting all the right sweet notes. There is a drinks menu of boutique beers and cocktails, including a fire-licked hot buttered rum and lychee mojito.

FUNCTIONS
There is a private function area that seats 10 people, and airy outdoor enclosable courtyard available for larger functions. Bespoke menus can be created to suit your personal requirements.
