Head Chef and Co-owner, Wayne Healy, ran his own business catering for corporate functions in Brisbane's CBD and managed the renowned Daniel's Restaurant before moving to Noosa to open RiverEdge Bistro.
He makes the most of local, fresh produce, creating a menu that presents a tempting array of mouth-watering dishes. RiverEdge Bistro offers friendly, efficient service, in a relaxed atmosphere with both indoor and alfresco dining. RiverEdge Bistro is fully licenced with a great selection of wines, however BYO wine is also welcome.
