The seafood buffet offers an abundantly stocked hot and cold selection, while the in-house pastry chef bakes fresh desserts every Friday and Saturday afternoon for dinner service. Cakes, pavlovas, tarts, biscuits and profiteroles are some of the items available on the dessert buffet and coffee and tea are also provided. Executive chef, Troy Bedford and sous chef, Todd Power has put together a menu that covers all facets of modern Australian cuisine – from chicken and slow roast pork through to sirloin and Wagyu beef.
