The Motion Bar & Grill experience is something new and exciting for Brisbane. Features include two of the largest climate controlled Wine Walls in Australia, an interactive Chill Wall where diners can hand select dishes and accompaniments and The Grill – an open kitchen where guests can watch the chefs at work.
The post-minimalist design features multiple dining locations including: luxurious booths, Chef’s Grill Table overlooking the theatre of The Grill, high set tables in the stylish M Bar and the M Deck with alfresco dining and river views. And for those looking for the perfect place to grab a Barista-crafted coffee on the way to work or between meetings, the restaurant also features a street side coffee bar.
Head Chef, Peter Iwanczyk has crafted a menu that centres around The Grill, with a particular focus on regional produce. The menu consists of an expansive selection of items from premium cuts of steak and seafood, to tasty burgers and share plates.
The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a variety of menus to suit the diverse clientele. In addition to the three key menus, the restaurant will also offer: an all-day dining menu, a quickly served weekday lunch menu and a share-plate bar menu. The restaurant will also be the new home of Brisbane Marriott’s renowned High Tea.
