One Degree is located in the heart of Eagle St Pier, one of Brisbane’s ultimate destinations for the gourmand, sophisticate and seeker of that little bit more. Eagle St Pier certainly has more to offer than other destinations. Nestling on the edge of the Brisbane River, a wide range of classic and sophisticated restaurants and bars reside there surrounded by dazzling city lights. One Degree is located at the hub of this centre and exudes style, from the chic interior to the sleek dew-dripping martini glasses spiked with olives. There are far more imaginative beverages on offer than just your standard martini, however. The bar is lined with quality spirits from all around the world, and the staff can make just about anything you could want.

One Degree is open for all three meals of the day and again the beverages on offer do not disappoint. Try the apple and passionfruit sherbet made with Turkish apple tea, passionfruit, sugar, lemon and apple juice. The breakfast menu has some quality produce such as USA smoked bacon and tomato and basil sausages. Lunch and dinner options tend towards a grazing-style menu that can as easily be for one person as many. Salt and pepper calamari appears beside a salad of green papaya, orange and mint. The meze plate has Serrano ham teamed with charred mushrooms, Persian fetta, marinated olives and grilled flat bread. For something a little more filling there is a 300g rump steak served with roast garlic kipfler potatoes and mushroom ragout. Once your meal is completed, sit back and relax with a cocktail or two from and let the party begin.
