Located on the ground floor, the Lyrebird is Queensland’s Performing Arts Centre’s à la carte restaurant, offering fine dining in a comfortable setting. Lyrebird welcomes new Executive Chef, Anthony Fullerton, who recently launched Hotel Realm, Canberra's leading five star hotel into its kitchen. Fullerton has ambitious plans to lift the restaurant to “chef-hat” standard, he says.
