The brekkie will have you taking large bites out of toasted English muffins with smoked salmon, fluffy scrambled eggs and spinach. Lunch moves with you, quick-sticks or slow and lingering. Try the grain-fed sirloin with bacon, fresh horseradish and house jus. The season’s freshest produce can easily be spotted in the dinner takings like the freshly-caught market fish of the day, served with a side of sauteed rosemary potatoes.
