Iceworks encompasses both a restaurant and bar area. Its namesake Iceworks restaurant is a modern, airy space that serves contemporary Australian dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Here, guests can choose to take a seat in the buzzing café area, at a leather-bound banquette in the restaurant space overlooking the copper bar top, or relax with a drink after dinner in the adjacent lounge. Meanwhile, Dowse Bar is a casual yet edgy social spot opening onto Paddington parade where patrons flock for boutique beers and cocktails alongside tasty bar snacks and gourmet pizzas.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Both Iceworks restaurant and Dowse Bar serve modern Australian cuisine, with variety to suit varied palates and times of day. Morning visitors to Iceworks can sample the likes of zucchini and smoked salmon fritters with fresh sorrel and tomato relish, a puff pastry tart of red onion, Persian fetta, vine-ripened tomatoes, wild rocket and balsamic reduction come lunchtime, and herb-crusted rack of lamb with artichokes, ratatouille and cumin-infused jus for dinner. Dowse Bar specialises in tasty bites to accompany drinks, such as Thai fish cakes with fennel and lemongrass puree and watercress salad from the bar menu, or pizzas to share topped with Asian-inspired slow-cooked duck, roast peppers, sauteed red onion, bocconcini and plum sauce.
