This other-worldly motif is paramount in helping you turn afternoon or pre-dinner drinks into an occasion. Couples, groups or singles will discover a tantalising array of cocktails to suite their tastes and moods, but the most frequently coveted are the seductively named Rouge Lips, Little Lady and Strawberry Blonde. Martinis with generous splashes of gin, cinnamon sugar syrup, honey and water merge to create a smooth, fragrant and irresistible concoction. The wine list will put a twinkle in the eye of any vino sipper while for those not inclined to an alcoholic beverage there are mocktails.

On Sundays, the cocktail bar offers a range of winter inspired cocktails, a new tapas menu, scotch and wine tastings and a showcase of great musicians. The tapas menu offers duck spring rolls filled with bean sprouts and coriander and served with a side salad, or enjoy an orange chilli salsa with king prawns, wrapped in kataifi pastry and served on a bed of avocado mousse. For $18 guests can try a range of twelve-year old scotches including the famous Grouse, Highland Park and Macallan. For $30 dollars guests can taste 18 to 25-year old scotches while wine tasting will cost $18.
