To sample as many flavour-filled items as possible, groups are wise to enjoy a range of shared dishes, such as the hot favourite, frittura Veneziana di calamari e gamberi, which features fried prawns, calamari and zucchini with rocket salad and a side of chilli oil. From the mains menu, one dish that has stood the test of time is the Dell Ugo signature crab lasagne. Lavish layers of silky pasta are filled with a combination of fresh seafood and cherry tomatoes, and finished with garlic and white wine in a bechamel sauce, creating a great mainstay favourite.
