The restaurant is open daily for breakfast and dinner and can be hired out for functions for up to 120 guests. Head chef Mary-Anne McPhee has designed a contemporary menu to appeal to all tastes. Employing Darwin`s freshest ingredients and local game, it’s no wonder it is touted as one of Darwin`s more upmarket restaurants. Test the Territory Game Plate for entree, which is an assortment of kangaroo, emu and crocodile kebabs served with lime aioli and green tomato chutney. The most requested main is the crispy duck, oven-roasted in soy master stock and served with red pepper jam and bok choy. Following a close second is the local barramundi, grilled and served with mango and lime hollandaise and steamed vegetables. The wine list features choices from every exemplary wine producing region in Australia.
